We do our best to keep prices as low as possible. When you call for your free home consultation, one of our representatives will come to your home and help you decide what services will be best for you and your loved one. After the consultation, our representative will come back to the office and an estimate will be made. This estimate may be emailed to you or hand delivered to let you know what the services you request will cost.

There is a one time account set up fee of $75.00 with a biweekly account maintenance fee of $35.00. An additional fee for mileage may be assessed, but will be discussed prior to any charges of services.

The above prices are general guidelines. Each client will have services customized for them and presented with an estimate prior to services beginning. All invoices are to be paid prior to the services start time. Any cancellation of services require at least 48 hours notice for a refund, minus a cancellation fee of 25% of the agreed service to cover cost of arranging and then cancellation of services. Should we be unable to fulfill a service, a credit to the client account will be issued and shown on a statement. Should a credit remain in the client account for more than 30 days, the credit will be remitted via company check to the address of the client on record. Should a client expire, an expedited refund will be given to the executor of the estate via company check with in one week.
Should client require a caregiver to transport them to a doctor appointment, hairdresser, religious service or family function, arrangements need to be made in advance. Caregiver will not be held liable for any injury in their own personal automobile while client is a passenger.
